About NCC DLI
The NCC Digital Learning Initiative (NCC DLI) is a strategic education technology intervention launched by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to address learning disruptions in times of crisis and to drive inclusive, technology-enabled education across Nigeria. This initiative was conceptualized in response to the educational setbacks experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic, where public school students, unlike their peers in private institutions, faced prolonged interruptions due to the lack of digital infrastructure and online learning systems.
